Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Randomly recruited 50 non-specific neck pain patients (aged 20 to 50) from the rehabilitation department's outpatient clinic as subjects, excluding those with a history of neck surgery or trauma, as well as individuals with harmful habits such as excessive alcohol consumption and heavy smoking. No acute or chronic respiratory tract infections, shoulder or neck movement injuries, fever, or medication intake within the previous 2 weeks before treatment, and no medication within 3 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe arthritis or joint dysfunction; 2) Previous use of muscle relaxants; 3) Tumors or inflammatory diseases, pregnancy, fibromyalgia; 4) Cervical disc herniation or whiplash injury; 5) History of previous neck surgery; 6) Other severe systemic diseases such as hypertension, arrhythmia, etc.
