Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.1 Diagnostic criteria: 1.1.1 Parkinson's disease: In line with the 2015 International Movement Disorders Association clinical diagnosis criteria for Parkinson's disease.1.1.2 Freeze of gait: If the score of question 3 in the FOG-Q scale is >=1, it is determined that there is frozen gait.1.2. Inclusion criteria: 1.2.1 Parkinson's disease without freezing of gait (PD-nFOG) group: 1) Aged >18 years old, in line with the 2015 International Movement Disorders Association Parkinson's disease diagnostic criteria; 2) H- The Y stage is between 2 and 3.5; no support or walker is required when walking; 3) Take medication regularly before enrollment, symptoms are stable, and there is no unpredictable "on-off phenomenon" and uncontrollable dyskinesia; 4) Enrollment The dosage of oral Parkinson's drugs remained constant after the treatment and during the follow-up period; 5) There was no freezing of gait.1.2.2 Parkinson's disease with frozen gait (PD-FOG) group: meets the above 1) to 4), 5) has frozen gait.1.2.3 Health
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary parkinsonian syndrome and parkinsonian superimposed syndrome; 2) Contraindications for rs-fMRI or r-TMS 3) History of deep brain stimulation surgery; 4) Significant resting tremor 5) Co-existence of diseases other than PD Nervous system diseases; 6) Any type of r-TMS treatment history; 7) Left-handed; 8) Those who are unable to cooperate with clinical scales, gait assessment, and fMR examination.
