Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bloodstream infections and positive blood culture results; 2. Age = 18 years old; 3. The patient comes from the inpatient ward; 4. Complete clinical information; 5. Systemic therapeutic use of antibiotics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The blood culture result is contaminated bacteria; 2. Local application of antibacterial drugs, including administration to the eyes and ears, intrapurulent injection, intrathecal injection, nebulization inhalation, flushing, etc 3. Preventive use of antibiotics; 4. Those who refused to participate in this study and did not sign the informed consent form.
