20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) postpartum pelvic respiratory disorder and receive pelvic respiratory dynamics training (2) 20 years old =50 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who received pelvic breathing training 3 months after delivery (2) Incomplete and missing records of observed indicators (3) Medical history Patients with a history of lumbar and abdominal surgery (4) Tumor history (5) Patients with a history of respiratory diseases (6) The frequency of breathing training is less than 2 days
