Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Diabetic foot patients: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria of the World Health Organization (WHO) or the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) for diabetic foot: (2) aged 18 years and above; (3) Have a clear history of diabetes; (4) Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. 2.Diabetic patients: (1) meet the WHO or IDF diagnostic criteria for diabetes; (2) be 18 years of age or older: (3) do not have diabetic feet or other severe diabetic complications; (4) Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. 3.Normal population: (1) no history of diabetes and family history; (2) 18 years of age and above; (3) The physical examination results are normal, no history of major diseases; (4) Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidney and other organs; (2) suffering from malignant tumors or other serious diseases; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Recently (within 3 months) taken drugs that affect metabolism; (5) suffering from other foot diseases (such as foot infection, trauma, etc.); (6) Unwillingness or inability to cooperate in completing the study.
