Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy minors aged 0 to 18, regardless of gender; 2) No antibiotics have been used in the past 1 month; 3) Consent to the collection of stool samples during the study period; 4) Minors and their parents or other legal guardians agree to participate in the study and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) have serious diseases that affect their survival, such as tumors; 2) Birth defects or congenital abnormalities; 3) Malnutrition requires hospitalization; 4) Other reasons that the researcher considers inappropriate to participate in the scientific study, such as poor compliance.
