Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From the 5th week of pregnancy, B-ultrasound examination was performed in our hospital, and the intrauterine gestational sac was seen in pregnant women. Chronic endometritis group: Pregnant women between the ages of 20 and 50 with a history of endometrial pathology results of = 10 CD138/HPF or pathological reports indicating chronic endometritis, or hysteroscopy showing endometrial micropolyps, polypoid endometrium, stromal edema, and focal or diffuse congestion who seek medical attention at our hospital. Control group: Pregnant women between the ages of 20 and 50 who have not been diagnosed with chronic endometritis, endometrial polyps, or other pelvic inflammatory diseases and have visited our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with organic or anatomical structural lesions, undergoing corticosteroid therapy or other medications known to interfere with the immune system, known clinical autoimmune diseases, and other significant medical diseases, women who are unwilling to give informed consent.
