Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke whose course of disease is more than 1 month and whose condition is stable; 18 years = age =90 years; The VAS scores of pain, numbness and cold of the affected limb were =4 points; 5 points = Neurological Impairment score (NIHSS) =20 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients who could not communicate normally; Have a history of limb disease or surgery; Patients with infection or tumor at the puncture site; Pregnant or lactating women, patients with serious cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, abnormal coagulation function, etc.
