Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newborns delivered in our hospital, with a birth weight 28 days; 4. Informed consent obtained from the patient's family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with incomplete clinical data; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities, genetic metabolic diseases; 3. Patients who died within a few hours of aggressive resuscitation after admission; 4. Congenital respiratory tract malformations; 5. Diaphragmatic hernia; 6. Patients with complex congenital heart disease (excluding patent ductus arteriosus); 7. Congenital digestive system diseases, those who developed gastrointestinal perforation during hospitalization and underwent surgery.
