Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. General surgical procedures such as choledochal cystectomy, Rex surgery and abdominal surgeries 2. ASA grade ?-III 3. Estimated anesthesia time is more than 3h 4. Informed consent of the family/patient and willingness to cooperate with follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with a history of surgery within 1 month 2. Patients with contraindications to the use of dexmedetomidine; 3. patients with disorders of uric acid metabolism (e.g., gout) 4. Patients with neurocognitive dysfunction (e.g. trisomy 21);Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular diseases and psychiatric disorders.
