Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; 2. There are intact cardiac magnetic resonance function movie cine, T1 mapping images, gadolinium delayed enhanced LGE images; 3. The patient is willing to provide peripheral blood samples for whole exome sequencing; 4. Sign the informed consent form for the research of this project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, including secondary left ventricular hypertrophy, etc.; 2. Age< 18 years old; 3. Incomplete cardiac magnetic resonance scan (there are contraindications to cardiac magnetic resonance examination, such as claustrophobia, etc.) or poor image quality or missing images; 4. Unwilling to participate in the research of this project or not to sign the informed consent form.
