Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative examination suggestive of choledocholithiasis 2. Undergoing therapeutic ERCP for the first time 3. Having a natural duodenal papilla 4. Having a normal gastrointestinal tract/Billroth I surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute/chronic/previous pancreatitis 2. History of duodenal papilla treatment (EST/EPBD/EPLBD), stent in place 3. Failed intubation 4. ERCP+LC (laparoscopic cholecystectomy) 5. Suspected SOD (Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction) 6. Billroth II surgery or Roux-en-Y 7. Liver transplantation, gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, pregnancy, incomplete clinical information
