Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a definite diagnosis of traumatic brain injury by clinical, CT and/or MRI; 2. The healthy hand can successfully complete the writing or key operation; 3. can maintain a seated position for more than 1h; 4. The patient had stable vital signs, a GCS score of 3-15, clear consciousness, and was able to follow and understand instructions; 5. over 18 years old; 6. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with sensory disorders, visual and hearing disorders and color blindness; 2. Patients with unilateral neglect and agnosia; 3. People with a history of mental illness in their own family; 4. People with a history of tobacco and alcohol addiction and taking drugs that affect cognitive function; 5. Patients with epilepsy, dementia, intracranial tumors, brain tissue malformations, cerebrovascular diseases and other diseases that may affect cognitive function.
