Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria for inclusion: (1) Children diagnosed with moderate autism by the clinical institutions in hospital; (2) Children who could effectively participate in the intervention and assessment of fundamental movement skills, with no physical disorder that affected participation in sports; (3) Children who did not undergo any other exercise intervention during the intervention of fundamental movement skills; (4) Children who did not participate in regular exercise except for normal physical education at school; (5) Children with informed consent signed by the guardian, who were introduced about the intervention program for fundamental movement skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Criteria for exclusion: (1) Children with moderate autism who were unable to complete fundamental movement skills test and health fitness test with the support and help of teachers; (2) Children of moderate autism with comorbid epilepsy, hearing impairment, visual impairment and other diseases, not suitable for participating in sports; (3) Children with moderate autism who had bad behaviors like aggression that affected the success of the study.
