Gourp B(acidification group):Implementing extracorporeal carbon dioxide removal through a renal replacement therapy platform, acidification blood by lactic acid infusion

18 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome 2.Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease 3.Severe asthma 4.Participant who refuse intubation but are willing to undergo extracorporeal carbon dioxide clearance therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to anticoagulation 2. Irreversible multi organ dysfunction 3. Severe peripheral vascular lesions make it difficult to establish vascular access 4. Late stage pulmonary fibrosis
