Experimental group:A combined regimen of Subcutaneous continuous glucose monitoring values and bedside capillary glucose values was used to regulate the insulin glycemic control program.
control group:A bedside capillary glucose value combined with a regulated insulin control protocol was used.

22 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are receiving insulin or glucose infusion due to high or low blood sugar; Age = 18 years old; Check in to ICU for more than 24 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with skin damage to the implanted site or medical measures affecting SCGM implantation; End of life patients; Refuse to participate in this study.
