Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-50 years old; 2. A clear history of trauma with physical examination showing posterior drawer test (+) and anti-Lachman test (+); 3. Imaging MRI showing posterior cruciate ligament rupture; 4. Initial posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction via single-bundle or double-bundle, which can be combined with associated meniscus and cartilage injuries as well as conservatively treated lateral collateral ligament injuries; and 5. A complete case file.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other serious medical diseases, such as heart, liver, kidney and lung organic dysfunction, etc.; 2. History of surgery on the affected knee; 3. Combined with anterior cruciate ligament injury or periprosthetic fracture of the knee. 4. Kellgren-Lawrence classification = grade II.
