Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age= 65 years old; 2.ASA score II-III; 3. Elective laparoscopic surgery (estimated operation time>2h)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe neurological disease or mental illness and taking antipsychotic drugs; 2. MMSE assessment has cognitive deficit, deafness, dementia, etc., unable to communicate normally; 3. Refusal to sign informed consent; 4. Contraindications to transcranial direct current stimulation (including metallic foreign bodies in the skull, pacemakers, etc.); 5. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, 6. Preoperative hemoglobin < 7g/dL
