Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Colorectal cancer was diagnosed by fibrocolonoscopy and pathological biopsy before surgery; 2)No distant metastases were found in preoperative physical examination or imaging examination, including liver, lungs and pelvis; 3) Select patients in stage A, B or C according to the Dukes staging system; 4)Preoperative evaluation confirmed that radical surgery was feasible; 5)The patient was fully informed of the study purpose, process and potential risks and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age over 80 years old; 2)Tumors can be treated through colonoscopic mucosal resection; 3)Having received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery; 4)Presence of immune system or endocrine system diseases; 5)Presence of other active inflammatory diseases; 6)Have severe organ dysfunction or coagulation dysfunction; 7)Emergency or palliative surgery is required; 8)Severe malnutrition, such as body mass index (BMI)<18.5 kg/m²; 9)Patients were unwilling to participate in the study or failed to sign informed consent.
