Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For patients admitted to hospital for acute traumatic brain injury and undergoing surgery, head CT and MRI examinations included subdural hematoma, epidural hematoma, and intracerebral hematoma (including diffuse axonal injury and brain stem injury). The surgical methods were craniotomy hematoma removal combined with decompressive craniotomy. Inclusion criteria: age 25-78 years old; No gender limitation; Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score 3-12 at admission; The incision was unilateral and the operation time was less than 6 h. Medical records are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with open skull defect; Intracranial tumor or aneurysm; Combined with serious injury to other organs or organs; Vital signs were unstable upon admission; History of local anesthetic allergy; Puncture site infection or damage; Previous uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes; Cardiomyopathy or persistent arrhythmia.
