18 Years to 59 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed with Stanford type A aortic coarctation by aortic computed tomography angiography; ? First episode, non-acute, currently in stable condition with normal speech comprehension; ? Engaged in paid work prior to admission to the hospital; ? Meet the World Health Organization age classification criteria for young (18-44 years) as well as middle-aged (45-59 years).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with combined serious complications (severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.) ? Cognitive impairment, mental illness ?Patients who were unemployed before the illness
