Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged between 18 and 65 years. 2. Localized pain between the 12th rib and the gluteal fold lasting more than 12 weeks. 3. Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) score greater than 3 and less than 8 at baseline assessment. 4. Written consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuropathic pain extending along the lower limb caused by nerve root compression. 2. History of spinal surgery, spinal trauma, or fractures. 3. Implanted pacemaker. 4. Pregnancy. 5. Cancer. 6. Systemic musculoskeletal diseases. 7. Diagnosed neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., Parkinson’s disease). 8. Epilepsy. 9. History of mental illness. 10. Skin infection or ulceration at the treatment site. 11. Received manual therapy applied to the lumbosacral region within one month before the intervention and during the study.
