16 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject is in good health; sport level 2 athlete; 3+ years of regular strength training history (and experience with augmentative training)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes with muscle strains, ligament tears, or fractures in the past six months, as well as athletes who had been out of sport for more than two weeks, were excluded from the study. Injury determinations were made by a physician with more than three years of clinical experience and qualification as a clinician.
