60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged =60 years for elective surgery (2) ASA= level 3 (3) Lower extremity orthopedic surgery under elective general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative delirium (2) Preoperative chronic pain and neurological diseases (3) Taking sedative, antidepressant or anti-anxiety medication before surgery (4) Previous history of mental illness (5) There is a history of abuse of opioids, non-steroidal drugs, or other analgesic drugs (6) Left ventricular ejection fraction <40% cardiac insufficiency. (7) Severe renal insufficiency (EGFR<30ml/min/1.73m2). (8) Refusal to give informed consent
