Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, women with singleton pregnancy (gestational age >= 37 weeks) undergoing elective cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: SBP 140mmHg, height 170 cm, age 40 years, obesity (body mass index =35kg/ m^2), allergy to norepinephrine or medroxyamine, gestational hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, coagulation disorders, thrombocytopenia, intraspinal anesthesia contraindications, placenta previa, rupture of fetal membrane, fetal congenital malformations, etc

Umbilical artery blood pH;Maternal hemodynamics (hypertension and heart rate) within 15 minutes after spinal anesthesia;
