40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Selective thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer; 2: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II or III; 3: Height: 155-185 cm and Weight: 45-85 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction < 50 %; 2: Previous history of cardiac surgery; 3: Have a serious history of coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and neurological and psychiatric diseases; 4: Severe lung or systemic diseases; 5: Dementia, Parkinson 's disease, stroke have been diagnosed; 6: Long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 7: Heart block and other serious arrhythmia; 8: hypothyroidism; 9: Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 10: Recent use of sedatives, analgesics or antidepressants.
