Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-60 years old; Knee pain with limited mobility; An MRI examination confirmed the articular cartilage defect

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with advanced osteoarthritis; 2) Joint redness, swelling and heat pain, do not exclude infected patients; 3) Coagulation dysfunction; 4) joint with other diseases; 5) According to the judgment of the researcher, the subjects are not trustworthy or have poor compliance.
