18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: If a patient is to be included in this study, the following criteria must be met: 1.18-65 years old; 2. Received medical treatment at this research center from July 2018 to February 2023; 3.Diagnosed with Moyamoya disease prior to the surgical procedure through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or digital subtraction angiography (DSA); 4. Scheduled for cerebrovascular bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If a patient meets any of the following criteria, they will not be eligible for inclusion in this study: 1.Lack preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or digital subtraction angiography (DSA); 2.Lack the clinical data that needs to be collected before or after the surgery; 3.The differential diagnosis of this disease includes similar cerebrovascular lesions associated with the following underlying diseases, which should therefore be excluded: (i) Atherosclerosis, (ii) Autoimmune disease, (iii) Meningitis, (iv) Brain tumors, (v) Down’s syndrome, (vi) von Recklinghausen’s disease, (vii) Head injury, (viii) Cerebrovascular lesions after head irradiation, (ix) Others.

Past medical history (history of allergies, anesthesia, surgery (neurosurgery related), diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, underlying history of moyamoya disease, etc.);Preoperative medications (antiplatelet agents, hypoglycemic agents, antihypertensive agents, etc.);Types of Smoke Disease, First Symptoms of Smoke Disease, and Risk Level of Smoke Disease Symptoms;Preoperative test results: blood triglycerides, blood bilirubin, blood total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein (LDL), low-density lipoprotein (HDL), blood sedimentation, C-reactive protein, albumin count, globulin count, serum albumin/globulin ratio, preoperative hemoglobin (Hb), preoperative HCT, neutrophil count, lymphocyte count, neutral/lymphatic ratio, coagulation-related indicators (PT, APTT, d-dimer, fibrinogen), and cytokine indicators;;DSA Cerebrovascular condition;Incidence of postoperative cerebral hemorrhage;Incidence of postoperative hyperperfusion reactions;Vital signs in the room, amount of anesthesia medication, operative time and access, intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs (including: name of drug, concentration of drug used, start and end time of use, and total amount of drug used), baseline NIBP value, average MAP, preoperative baseline PaCO2, and intraoperative arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure maxima and minima.;The number of surgical bypasses, the side of the procedure, and whether or not the muscle was used in combination, Surgical procedure, number of revascularizations, specifics of revascularization, etc;;
