Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with difficult to heal wounds; 2. Individuals aged 18 and above; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; 4. Those who can be followed up continuously for 3 months or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe infection wounds or concomitant hematological diseases (such as platelet dysfunction, thrombocytopenic purpura, severe anemia, aplastic anemia, acute and chronic leukemia); 2. Individuals who have used anticoagulant drugs, immunosuppressants, or glucocorticoids in the past 3 months; 3. Patients with critical illness and unstable vital signs.
