Interventions
IGT(MGT) group:Patients in IGT group were received combined block anesthesia of inferior alveolar nerve, lingual nerve and buccal nerve guided by 3D printed indicator.
HT group:Patients in HT group were received Halstead inferior alveolar nerve and lingual nerve block and buccal local infiltration anesthesia

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18-50 with autonomy, No history of anesthesia or drug-related allergies, Not taking any analgesics or alcohol that may affect the experimental results before surgery, No absolute contraindications for tooth extraction, No experience of extracting mandibular impacted third molars, Can cooperate with surgical procedures, understand and cooperate in filling out questionnaire surveys.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of anesthesia or drug-related allergies, Pregnant and Menstrual Women, Patients with mental illness or intellectual disabilities are unable to accompany and cooperate with surgical procedures, Patients with uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes or related tooth extraction contraindication system diseases.
