18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The general vital signs were stable, the age was 18-75 years old, and the course of the disease was > 6 months; (2) First stroke, dysfunction of one lower limb, independent walking > 10m without crutches and orthotics, but the time > 10s; (3) Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with treatment, concise mental state examination scale score > 24 points; (4) Patients and their families were willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with serious underlying diseases, stroke sites in the cerebellum, brain stem, etc.; (2) Have a history of seizures or a family history of epilepsy; (3) Unilateral neglect, visual and auditory disorders can not be corrected; (4) Skin damage or inflammation at the head treatment site, metal implants, cardiac pacemakers, etc.; (5) Unhealed fractures and severe pain in the lower extremities.
