Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed nasopharyngeal carcinoma. 2. Age = 18 years. 3. Received treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma with complete follow-up records and clinical data available for analysis. 4. No mental illness, and no cognitive impairments affecting comprehension, expression, memory, or orientation. 5. Patients must be fully informed about the main content of the study, willing and able to participate in this prospective study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of malignant tumors (excluding non-head and neck basal cell carcinoma of the skin). 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Received other radiation therapy prior to radical radiotherapy for head and neck tumors (excluding cases of non-melanoma skin cancer where previous lesions were outside the target area of radiotherapy). 4. Primary and neck metastatic lesions that have previously received radiotherapy or surgical treatment (excluding diagnostic surgery). 5. Presence of other severe underlying diseases that may pose significant risks or affect compliance with the trial.
