Interventions

HFNC Group:During the operation, oxygen is administered through high-flow nasal cannula, the flow rate was 40 L/min, and the oxygen concentration was 40%
Facemask Group:During the operation, oxygen is administered through Venturi mask, the flow rate was 10 L/min, and the oxygen concentration was 40%

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The proposed anesthesia was intraspinal anesthesia, including combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, spinal anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia. 2 Elective cesarean section; 3 Pregnant patients with heart disease. Criteria for pregnancy with heart disease: congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, perinatal cardiomyopathy, ischemic heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, pregnancyhypertension/eclampsia; 4 American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade II to III; 5 years old > 18 years old; 6 No history of allergy to narcotic drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 multiple pregnancy; 2 Patients or family members refused to participate in the study; 3. Poor airway protection and high aspiration risk; 4 Severe nasal obstruction, facial or upper respiratory tract surgery can not wear high-flow nasal cannula; 5 Heart surgery was performed at the same time
