Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal control group If you meet the following conditions, you may choose to join this study as a normal control group: 1. No hypertension; 2. No diabetes; 3. BMI less than 26kg/m2; 4. Age = 18 years old; Obese type 2 diabetes patients If you meet the following conditions, you may choose to join this study: 1. The diagnosis of the patients met the WHO diagnostic criteria in 1999, and they were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes for the first time,And meet the diagnostic criteria for obesity; 2. Age = 18 years old; Not using oral hypoglycemic drugs or subcutaneous insulin treatment; 3. The patient has a certain tolerance and compliance; 4. The patient has no language disorders, no consciousness disorders, no psychological disorders, and no genetic history;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with blood sugar levels greater than 15mmol/L, positive urine ketone bodies, acute infections, and severe liver and kidney dysfunction; Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Type 1 diabetes, diabetes with single gene mutation, diabetes caused by pancreatic injury or other secondary diabetes (such as diabetes caused by Cushing's syndrome or acromegaly); 3. Have experienced acute metabolic complications within one month (such as ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, or hypertonic coma); Or serious chronic complications of diabetes (such as macrovascular complications) in the past; 4. Have a history of severe hypoglycemia attacks (such as hypoglycemia causing drowsiness, consciousness disorders, delirium, or even coma, requiring assistance from others for treatment), or recurrent hypoglycemia (symptomatic hypoglycemia occurring = 3 times within a week, or detected at least 3 times within a week with a blood glucose value<3.0 mmol/L); 5. Diabetes insipidus patients; 6. Within 6 months, there has been myocardial infarction, unstable angina, stroke or transient ischemic attack, or coronary artery angioplasty, percutaneous coronary stent implantation, or coronary artery bypass grafting; Or within 6 months, there is congestive heart failure (NYHA grades III and IV), unstable or acute congestive heart failure, or persistent arrhythmia that affects patient safety; 7. Have a history of malignant tumors; 8. There are obvious blood system diseases (such as aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, hemolytic anemia) or any diseases that cause hemolysis or red blood cell instability; 9. Individuals with contraindications to SGLT2 inhibitors; 10. Clinically significant gastric emptying abnormalities (such as gastric outlet obstruction), severe chronic gastrointestinal diseases (such as active ulcers); 11. Individuals with existing urinary tract infections or/and genital infections, or a history of recurrent urinary tract infections or/and genital infections;
