Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eighty college students of both sexes, aged 18-25 years, with depressive symptoms (screened by BDI scale, score =13), and without a history of serious physical or neuropsychiatric diseases were enrolled

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) caffeine or alcohol intake 24 hours before exercise; (2) no strenuous activity before the test; (3) severe motor system disease.
