Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients met the following requirements: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for systemic lupus erythematosus revised by the American College of Rheumatology in 1997, meeting 4 or more criteria to diagnose systemic lupus erythematous 2. All subjects were female, =18 years old, < 65 years old, regardless of ethnicity or region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with one or more of the following conditions were excluded: 1. Previous history of coronary heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Combined with other autoimmune diseases other than systemic lupus erythematosus; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Combined with serious infection, malignant tumor and other diseases; 5. Patients receiving folic acid therapy within the last 12 weeks; 6. Lack of stroke screening data.
