30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the above diagnostic criteria 2. Vital signs are basically stable and clear 3. Age 30~75 years old 4. The course of the disease = 6 months 5. No limb sensory impairment 6. Those who have not taken other anticonvulsant drugs within 2 weeks 7. Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with muscle spasm caused by non-cerebrovascular diseases and other reasons, and those with motor dysfunction in the past; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular, brain, liver, kidney, digestive, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases, infectious diseases, cognitive impairment or mental illnessare excluded.; 3. Exclude patients with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Those who have recently taken Chinese and Western sedative drugs, muscle relaxants or other drugs that have an impact on muscle tone are excluded; 5. Except for those who have recently received relevant treatment and participated in other clinical studies at the same time.
