Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria for NCNP: (1) The pain was confined to the neck and retroscapular region; (2) Pain duration > 3 months; (3) exclude trauma, infection, rheumatism, tumor, disc herniation and other specific factors Neck pain; (4) With or without headache, limited movement or stiffness in one or more directions of the cervical spine. Inclusion criteria: (1) Conforming to NCNP diagnostic criteria; (2) A hidden course of neck pain for at least 3 months; (3) Aged between 18 and 25 (4) All subjects received no treatment for neck pain within two weeks; (5) The patient is willing to undergo MET and neck stability training and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of neck and head trauma or surgery; (2) There are signs or symptoms of nerve root compression and myelopathy; (3) Cervical tumors or tuberculosis; (4) Complicated with serious diseases, such as liver and kidney diseases, hematopoietic system diseases; (5) There are other uncertain factors that may affect the subject's data in this experiment; (6) Accept or intend to accept other types of experimenters who may interfere with this experiment before or during the planned completion time of this experiment.
