Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. undergraduate students aged 18-25 years old; 2. undergraduate students with a score of >13 on the Beck Depression Self-Rating Inventory, Second Edition (BDI-II); 3. no history of mental illness, and current chronic illnesses; 4. normal vision or corrected vision in both eyes, no color blindness or color weakness, right-handed, and native Chinese; 5. Voluntarily participate in this experimental study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have recently taken antidepressants such as eszopiclone, diazepam, phenobarbital, etc; 2. the presence of physical discomfort, recent sports injuries, etc. that prevent participation in physical activity; 3. the presence of chronic brain diseases and external injuries; 4. the presence of severe depression, inability to communicate with testers, and significant safety concerns.
