Conditions

chronic Low Back Pain

Interventions

Capsaicin group:For subjects in the capsaicin group, 1 ml of Capzasin-HP cream (0.1% capsaicin, Averitas Pharma Inc.) was applied to two 5 cm × 10 cm areas in the paraspinal muscles of L2-L4. Then, th
Low back pain group:Without any intervention, fNIRS signals were directly collected. Retrospective pain VAS scores were performed before and after the collection.
