Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study included patients with disorder of consciousness from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University from September 2024 to December 2025. Inclusion criteria: 1. =18 years old; 2. Disorder of consciousness caused by trauma, stroke and hypoxia; 3. Duration =2 weeks; 4. Diagnosed as a vegetative state (VS/UWS) or MCS according to clinical diagnostic criteria and CRS-R; 5. Stable vital signs, no progressive neurological symptoms; 6. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy (or electroencephalogram suggests epileptiform changes) or mental disorders; 2. Skull defect, intracranial hypertension, intracranial infection 3. Metallic or electronic device implants (such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, deep brain stimulators, aneurysm clips, internal fixation devices after ventriculoperitoneal SHTS, etc.) 4. Unstable heart disease, hypertension 5. Other serious diseases that may affect the study
