Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 2012 SLICC or 1997 ACR SLcriteria. 2. Signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from rheumatic autoimmune diseases other than systemic lupus erythematosus; 2. severe hepatic and renal impairment; 3. with severe, uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, neurological disease, pulmonary disease (including obstructive pulmonary disease), liver disease, endocrine (including uncontrolled diabetes), gastrointestinal and other diseases; 4. known to be currently active or recurrent bacterial, viral, fungal, mycobacterial, or other infections; 5; history of malignancy; 6. women in pregnancy or lactation.
