T Group:0.4ml/kg 0.3% ropivacaine was injected into the Thoracic paravertebral space at T8 through ultrasound guidance
I group:0.5ml/kg 0.3% ropivacaine was injected into the T9 intercostal space on the midaxillary line.

18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients accepted upper abdominal surgery via laparoscopy. ?18-75 years old. ?American Society of Anesthesiologists level I–II. ?Clear consciousness after surgery and have good cooperation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Language barriers or communication difficulties.?Refuse or cannot understand the Informed Consent Form, cannot use the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), or refuse to cooperate. ?Individuals with a history of mental illness, known allergy to local anaesthetics. ? Presence of local infection at the block site.?BMI>35kg/?. ?Coagulopathy or the duration of discontinuation of antithrombotic drugs is less than 7 days. ?Have chronic pain disease or long-term use of analgesic.
