Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years ?Stay in ICU with mechanical ventilation duration =48h ?Fits the definition of airway hypersecretion(patients who required two or more broncoaspirations/hour in the previous 8h were considered "hypersecretive") ?Willing to sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Malignant arrhythmia ?Acute myocardial ischemia ?Pneumothorax, pulmonary bulla and barotrauma and other lung diseases ?Hemorrhagic disease or abnormal coagulation mechanism with bleeding tendency ?Skin trauma on the chest ?pulmonary embolism ?Fitted with a permanent or temporary pacemaker ?Untreated spinal and rib fractures ?For any reasons, they could not be included in this study or the researchers considered it inappropriate to include this study.
