Experimental group:Bifidobacterium brevis BX-18 combined drug, once daily, one bag at a time for 12 weeks
Control group:The placebo combined with the drug was given once a day, one bag at a time, for 12 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 years or over; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria of Major Depressive Disorder of ICD-10; (3) Sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Take other probiotics or antibiotics within 2 weeks; (2) Have a history of abdominal surgery; (3) Patients with other serious physical and neurological disorders; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Allergic to powder or ingredients; (6)Subjects who are unwilling to provide personal information and do not wish to be included in the study.
