Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients during rehabilitation training after total hip replacement surgery: Age range of 55-80 years old; Patients undergoing rehabilitation training after total hip arthroplasty with a pain score VAS = 4; The patient's trauma does not affect the use of a multifunctional electrocardiogram monitor or pulse oximeter monitor; Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form; The patient is conscious and able to correctly understand and use the visual analog pain rating tool to express the degree of pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intestinal obstruction, air embolism, pneumothorax; Diseases of the ear, nose, throat, and other organs, such as sinusitis, middle ear diseases, tympanic membrane transplantation, and a history of abuse of painkillers.
