Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with pulmonary hypertension WHO Group II classification, caused by left heart disease. 2. Patients with pulmonary hypertension WHO Group III classification, caused by lung disease. 3. Patients with pulmonary hypertension WHO group IV, pulmonary hypertension caused by chronic thromboembolism of the lungs. 4. Patients with pulmonary hypertension WHO Group V, in whom the cause of pulmonary hypertension is unknown or is due to multiple mechanisms. 5. Patients younger than 18 years of age. 6. Patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with congenital heart disease who have had a fall in mean pulmonary artery pressure to less than 20 mmHg following occlusion or repair surgery at baseline. 7.
