Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: MCI patient group: Age range from 65 to 75 years old, meeting MCI diagnostic criteria: (1) Subjective examination with memory impairment; (2) Memory impairment with a course of = 3 months; (3) The score of the Montreal scale is between 15-24 points; (4) Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia; (5) There is a decrease in self-care ability and social function; (6) Exclude cognitive impairment caused by special reasons. healthy control group: (1) Age range from 60 to 85 years old; (2) No cognitive impairment assessed by a specialist; (3) The MMSE score of 26-30 (4) does not meet any diagnostic criteria for dementia or MCI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Having severe physical and organic brain diseases; (2) Patients with mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and emotional disorders; (3) Abuse of alcohol or drugs.
