Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnostic criteria for depression as outlined in the 10th revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) pertaining to diseases and related health problems; (2) Ages 16-65; (3) Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-24 score of 17 or higher; (4) Right-handed; (5) Individuals who have signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe physical illness, infectious diseases, and immune system disorders; (2) patients with severe neurological disorders, intellectual disability, or brain structural disorders; (3) pregnant or lactating women; (4) individuals who have received electroconvulsive therapy within the past 3 months; (5) individuals who have a history of seizures.
