Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age 5-12 years;?American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II; ?Fiberoptic bronchoscopy under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Indications of tracheal intubation;?Cannot tolerate fiberoptic bronchoscopy or HFNC;?Preoperative SpO230kg/m2;?High risk of aspiration;?Nasal bleeding or abnormal nasal anatomy;?Decreased consciousness; ?The duration of bronchoscopy is less than 10 minutes;?Deny participant;?Other serious cardiovascular and respiratory diseases
